REMENTE


 Remente is an application for self improvement and mental health. There are a lot of different parts in the app. Based on personal needs, Remente could help us as a life coach. It helps people to avoid anxiety, stress and depression by taking small steps. App has some features such as goal setting guide to help the users achieve their goals, a day planner which contains to do lists, a mood journal, a gallery of expertly crafted goal plans for personal growth. Also, there are courses and articles which are reliable for personal development. This information contained in the articles has been written by psychologists, business managers, life coaches and world champions in various fields.

                             



The app contains a chart to assess users' life balance. The chart has eight sections which are Love and Relationship, Health and Fitness, Career and Education, Personal Development, Family, Friends and Social Life, Fun and Recreation and Finances. Users give numbers for each section from one to eight for the questions such as 'How satisfied are you with your social life, are you attending social gatherings' and 'How satisfied are you with your job or school situation? Are you in the right place? Do you feel like you are growing?'. So, the users can see their level of satisfaction for each section weekly, and improve themselves with the personal goals and resources of the app.



Every person can use the app, they can create their own goals and also join some challenges, such as 'Read a book in 7 days' or 'Save money for a trip'. There are steps in the challenges and users should follow the steps to accomplish the goal. Also, there is a journal which shows us what we are doing and we completed.



Finally, I just want to make my comment to the app, before finding Remente I downloaded  other two or three apps, they were similar but this one was the best because there were more researches about a lot of different topics, goals that we can try to achieve and other tools in it. Also, the journal part was really important for me, because I am a kind of forgetful person so from this part I can always look at what I am gonna do daily and what I completed. Lastly, I find this app very helpful for short and long term personal improvement, so I am attaching the download link of the app for those who wanna browse!

  1. Hi Fatma, the design of this app looks great; however, in my opinion, self improvement is not something achieved by using an app. İn any way, thank you because you spent time for it. I wish you and your family success and happiness in your studies.
